With the advent of Generation Z entering the workforce, there are now five distinct generations that need to work together to accomplish organizational goals. What does this mean for business professionals and managers?  This session will explore the similarities and differences between generations and what it means to communicate and coach them on workplace performance. As a bonus, we will also cover future predictions of how Generation Alpha will impact the work landscape within the next 5-10 years.  You’ll walk away with an understanding of each generation and techniques to address their difference communication and coaching needs.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify generational differences in communication and learning preferences
  • Discuss the elements of effective coaching as it relates to generations
  • Explore strategies that appeal to a multi-generational workforce
