Designed for those without financial or accounting backgrounds this interactive workshop will help you better understand the financial health of your organization and improve financial decision-making. The workshop will cover basics to provide you with practical skills and knowledge.

You'll learn:

  • How to evaluate key performance indicators
  • Key components of the financial statements and their meaning
  • Ways to assess the financial health of an organization
