Diamond Bakery was founded in 1921 by 3 Japanese immigrants. Growing for over 100 years, the company is one of Hawaii's largest bakeries and a household name. Butch Galdeira has been president of Diamond Bakery since June 2022.

Where will we meet? 

Please gather by the front door on Moowaa Street by 9:45am.  Late arrivals may not be able to join the group. 

Where should I park? 

The factory is located in Kalihi and parking is very limited. Please consider carpooling or ride share options. 

What should I wear? 

Please wear flat and closed shoes, as you will be walking through a factory.

I have a serious dietary allergy.  Will I be safe?  No meal will be served at this event but samples may be offered.  The bakery manufactures products with peanuts at this facility so attendance may not be safe for some individuals with severe allergies.
