Join us for a unique opportunity to tour Young Brothers.  We will meet with CEO, Jay Ana, in the boardroom for a short overview and Q&A.  Immediately following, we will tour the port, driving by active vehicles moving containers around as well as boarding a tug boat to tour the galley, engine room, sleeping quarters, bridge, etc.

Because this is a working port, we must enter the area as a group.  A small tour bus has been hired to pick us up at a central location (the parking deck at Honblue). 

Your registration will cover a nominal share of the shuttle.  We are very grateful to Young Bros. for sponsoring the balance of the travel costs.  We also are thankful to our friends at Honblue for allowing us to use their parking deck.  If you are able to carpool or use public transportation, we would be grateful.  (Please do not park in any first-floor customer stalls.)

8:55 am – Arrive at meet-up (Honblue parking deck)

9:00 am – Meet on the street at the front of Honblue / Bus doors open.

9:10 am – Bus leaves for Young Bros.

12:30 pm – Bus arrives back at Honblue parking lot

The visit will be longer than most boardroom visits and requires some logistics and costs, but we hope you find the event well worth it.  

This event is limited to 25 registrations.  

FAQ

Can I arrive late?  Unfortunately, if you miss the 9:00 shuttle, you will not be able to catch up to the group.

Can I meet up with the tour at Young Bros.?  There is no option to join the group after the shuttle leaves the meet-up site.  No walk-ins will be allowed.

I can't stay the whole time.  What should I do?  There is no option to leave before the shuttle returns to the meet-up site. 

Most boardrooms are free.  Why are you charging a registration fee at this event?  The fee covers a nominal share of the private shuttle cost.  We are very grateful to Young Bros. for sponsoring the balance of the travel costs.  We also are thankful to our friends at Honblue for allowing us to use their parking deck.

Will lunch be provided?  A light snack will be served however, a meal is not included at this event.
